I have been a bike racer for most of my life and it is what I do. I have had some good times and a few rough patches, with some great and and not so great races mixed in there too.

Qualifications include 'British Cycling Level 2' and 'Level 2 Technical Trail Leader'

"I had booked onto the cycling trip of a lifetime, the ride was a 6 day trip through the French Alps taking in 16 iconic climbs that totalled 582km and 16327meters of climbing. Oli put together a 16 week plan that was broken down into 4 week blocks that built up in intensity.  There was nutrition guidance and a plan for every day of the trip that included hydration advice and some really handy top tips. The plan worked a treat and with Oli available on the phone should I need him I felt that we went over the final climb together."
